Contractor Skills Update Overview

This class is for busy professionals who want to learn a specific skill or skills in our Marietta, Georgia, location near Atlanta. What You Learn

We teach skills currently used in the field, including:

Learning mid-entry cable prep and termination
Managing splitters and splitter termination
Prepping and splicing pedestal enclosure
Splicing and prepping a dome enclosure
Understanding OTDRs and testing techniques
Using ribbon splicers and ribbonizing (tool-based and manual ribbonizing)

Class Options

You can attend training in our classroom or online, and we offer dates* that fit most schedules. Select your course from the class start date and keep it on hand to complete your registration form. Currently, an online option is unavailable.

Weekdays. This course usually meets one Friday per month in Marietta.

Registration and Discounts

All course fees* include a non-refundable $395 deposit, which holds your seat. The last registration day is usually Monday at noon, before the first day of class. Discounts are unavailable for this course.
