Contracts Manager
Levi is our lead fiber contractor and training director. He specializes in splicing and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects. Also a knowledgeable trainer, he holds the following FOA certifications:

In 2025, Levi added Electronics Technicians Association® International (ETA), Fiber Optic Installer certification. He adds additional expertise, especially for contractors serving military customers.

Sheila has been with the company for over five years. She is an active FOA-certified CFOT and a capable teaching assistant. She oversees day-to-day company operations, including training administration, operations, and marketing. She is dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and pays close attention to our trainees.
