5-Day ETA FOI Pay-As-You-Go Classroom
This 5-day certification online training allows trainees to take the class one session at a time and take up to 5 months to complete their training. We teach theory, hands-on skills and offer the ETA® International Fiber Optic Installer certification upon passing the course exam. All course fees include a non-refundable $395 deposit, which holds your seat. Prices and dates are subject to change without notice.
FiberNexxt Cancellations. The company may cancel classes at any time due to client obligations or enrollment. If FiberNexxt cancels, you can receive a refund less the non-refundable $395 deposit. Second, you can attend the next scheduled course at no extra cost. Third, if you cannot make it to the next class, take up to one year to complete your course with no added fees.
Student Cancellations. We sympathize with unexpected circumstances. Unfortunately, there are no refunds, and no exceptions are permitted. If you notify us one week or more before the first day of class, you may attend the next scheduled class at no additional fee. If you cannot participate in the next class, take up to one year to complete the course. Please contact us directly if you must cancel your course less than a week before the first day of class. We review each cancellation case-by-case to determine the action that fits each situation.
Toolkit Complaints and Returns. The Student must contact FiberNexxt to arrange an exchange or return of the toolkit or its three components: the splicer, power meter, or handtool set. Any portion of the toolkit may be returned upon prompt inspection of goods and notification to FiberNexxt. Any discrepancies with a toolkit or its components must be reported to FiberNexxt within 24 hours of receipt. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within three (3) days of receipt of the toolkit and returned to FiberNexxt promptly. All toolkits or toolkit components returned must be returned in their original packaging in working, like-new condition. RMAs are issued for thirty (60) days. Credit cannot be issued without a FiberNexxt RMA number. FiberNexxt reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned product (minimum 20%). The restocking fee does not constitute a waiver of any other rights FiberNexxt may have under law. All toolkit sales are final after 60 days.
