Our team's combined background covers over 15+ years of work expertise in the fiber optics industry. Levi West Jr. Levi is an experienced fiber contractor specializing in splicing and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects. A knowledgeable trainer, he holds the following FOA certifications: Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and Certified Fiber Optic Specialist (CFOS) certifications in FTTH (CFOS/H), splicing (CFOS/S), testing (CFOS/T), outside/inside plant (CFOS/O), and connectors (CFOS/C). He has been an FOA-certified instructor, CFOS/I, since 2012, and an ETA FOI-certified instructor since Spring 2025. He leads our certified fiber specialist team with an emphasis on excellence. Levi has been certifying technicians since 2009 and founded our FiberNexxt School in 2012. He is committed to delivering high-quality education.

Sheila West. Sheila has been with the company for over five years. She is an active FOA CFOT tech and capable teaching assistant. She oversees day-to-day company operations, including training administration, operations, and marketing. She is dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and gives a high level of attention to our trainees.
