Registration, Class Options, and Discounts
The last registration day is usually midnight on the Monday before the first day of class. All course fees* include a non-refundable $395 deposit, which holds your seat. We provide study materials, equipment, and exam preparation for in-classroom participants. Online students receive study materials and exam preparation, but are required to purchase our toolkit or buy tools on their own. Visit our Registration page to sign up or call (678) 515-0115.

Standard Fee. $1895 in the classroom.

Online Training Fee. $1695 + $2900 class toolkit), a savings of $200 off standard fees. Also, students must also purchase our toolkit $2900 or purchase tools on their own. Please request a tool checklist to ensure your purchase meets course requirements. Our toolkit components are shown below.

Early Registration Fee. $1395 classroom ($1195 online), a savings of $500 off standard fees. Sign up 4 weeks in advance.

One-Class-at-a-Time. $695 per day, in classroom ($495 online). You may take up to five months to complete the course. Discounts do not apply to this option. Upon receipt of payment, we will schedule you for the next available class.

One-on-One Training by Appointment. $2095 in classroom ($1895 online + $2900). This class allows you to train individually with our ETA-certified instructors. Discounts do not apply to this option.
Taking Our FOA CFOT Online Certification
Tools are essential for completing hands-on skills training, especially for our online fiber optic certification courses. You can purchase our toolkit or acquire the tools separately. Please request our tool checklist to ensure your purchases meet class requirements. With our professional-level toolkit, you’ll be equipped for your first job on day one. If you order our toolkit, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. See our toolkit's components below.
All online students must attend an orientation before the first day of class. Orientation will help you become familiar with our video conferencing tools and confirm you have all required equipment for the class, if applicable.

What to Expect After Completing Our Course
Upon completing our course, you should have the following:

ETA® FOI certification upon passing the course exam

Skills to perform entry-level tasks as an in-house fiber technician or independent contractor

Ongoing support by your instructor for your first assignment or contract
Although we cannot guarantee job placement, we will refer you to our partners and former clients for work opportunities. Also, we will consider you for available openings on our projects. You will also have access to our instructor-contractors upon obtaining your first assignment. We're happy to answer questions and provide guidance as much as possible to help you succeed.
